As of the first school day on 15 September, around 800 students in 30 vocational schools in 19 towns across Bulgaria will have a dual form of education “learning by working” under the Swiss model within the DOMINO Project of the Bulgarian-Swiss Cooperation Programme.
The head of the Swiss Contribution Office in Bulgaria, Roland Python, and DOMINO team leader, Petya Evtimova, will attend the opening of the 2017 / 2018 school year in the Vocational school of mechanics and technics “General Ivan Bachvarov” – Sevlievo.
The event starts at 10.00 hrs.
51 students have enrolled in two dual-track classes – 26 eight-graders (technician for CNC machines) and 25 nine-graders (electrotechnician, Electrical equipment of production.
Ideal Standard, Hamberger Bulgaria, ABB Bulgaria and EMKA JSC are partners of the project.
